California AG DFS Opinion
On July 3, 2025, the California AG released its opinion on the legality of daily fantasy sports (DFS) in the state. After the opinion was released, all DFS operators have stated that they will continue to operate in the state. LFG and its game providers - Sparket and Fantasy Sports EVO - are in agreement with the other DFS operators and will continue to operate as we were prior to July 3.
